APEX PROPERTY SURVEYING CONSULT LTD. is a Real Estate Surveying and Consulting firm currently having our offices at 2nd Floor Suite one, Melvina House-Adabraka with a team of competent professionals with diverse qualifications and experience.
The wholly Ghanaian owned Company was established on 25th October 2004 and was approved and given recognition as a Practising Real Estate Surveying Consulting and Training Firm by the Governing Council of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (Gh.I.S) on 8th July, 2005.
Despite its relatively young corporate age, the key personnel of the Company have over the years accumulated in-depth knowledge involving landed properties in the country as a whole and Accra in particular, as a result of their involvement in various aspects of Real Estate Consultancy in their respective former employments. The company has over the years, had the privilege of working with and for many high profile companies in the country.
